Brasfield & Gorrie elected to use Mack Industries as their supplier for all underground utility and drainage
structures while constructing this four-story new hospital project on Hancock Rd in Minneola, FL less than a mile
from the Florida Turnpike. This 204,000 sq ft facility will include an emergency room, full-service imaging, and over
40 critical care patient rooms to meet the needs of the local community in Lake County. While being located less
than 5 miles from the Mack Industries manufacturing facility in Astatula, FL, this $271 Million investment from
Adventhealth will serve as a beacon of hope and healing for the City of Minneola and surrounding communities. It
is expected to bring more than 500 jobs to the area and is scheduled to open in late 2025.
Project Scope
- 8″ wall, 4′ dia Sanitary manholes with Xypex additive
- 8″ dia Wet Well with 10″ walls and cast-in HDPE liner system
- Over 60 storm drainage structures
