Precast Concrete Septic Tanks
Most common sizes for Sewage Component Tanks are 1000, 1500 & 2000 gallons sized for up to 5 Bedroom residence.
Residential Tanks are non traffic bearing and include internal baffle, pipe seals at inlet & outlet. Access for pumping / cleaning is provided through (2) 20″ diameter Polylok risers with secured lids. Tanks have a maximum burial of 2′.
Singulair Aeration Tank
If the regulations in your county or municipality require an aeration system, Mack Industries has you covered. With sizes ranging from 500 to 1000 gallons per day (capacity for up to seven bedrooms) our Singulair® wastewater treatment system (by Norweco) offers state of the art technology to meet your wastewater treatment needs.
The Singulair® wastewater treatment system is a three compartment precast concrete tank that efficiently treats wastewater and is complete with a Bio-Kinetic Filter, aerator, control panel, two year service maintenance agreement, and two 24″ diameter risers with secured lids. The Singulair® wastewater treatment system meets or exceeds government standards and regulations for wastewater treatment systems.

Residential Service – Beneficial for Homeowners
Home Aeration Systems provide a safe, sanitary home environment, but they MUST be maintained. Keeping your system on a maintenance schedule will ensure proper operation and will help prevent untimely, annoying and costly repairs.
Mack Industries offers a Home Aeration Service Maintenance Policy. This policy provides you with two maintenance calls per year and is renewable yearly.
